Chief Executive Officer
Christophe Jéhan
Christophe Jéhan has been CEO of OLB AG since January 2026. He is also a member of the management board of TARGO Deutschland GmbH.
Previously, as Deputy CEO and Head of Personal Banking, Christophe Jéhan was primarily responsible for the transformation of TARGOBANK in line with the strategic plan of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale.
Christophe Jéhan has 25 years of international banking expertise. His career includes key management positions in France, Germany, and Scandinavia. Before joining Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, he held management positions in the personal and corporate banking business of the BNP Paribas Group, including four years as CEO of Express Bank Nordics, a personal banking subsidiary of BNP Paribas in Scandinavia.
Chief Risk Officer
Annett Daldrup
Annett Daldrup has been a member of the Executive Board of OLB since October 2026, serving as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) with responsibility for the Bank’s risk management and sustainability functions.
Prior to this, she held the position of General Representative of OLB from July 2026. In parallel, she has served as General Representative of TARGO Deutschland GmbH in the CRO division since April 2026.
In January 2025, Annett Daldrup joined TARGOBANK as Chief Credit Officer for Corporate Lending, where she assumed responsibility for credit risk management in the corporate banking segment. Since then, she has also been a member of the Executive Committee.
Annett Daldrup brings over 20 years of banking experience, with a strong focus on credit and risk management, corporate lending, as well as structured and real estate finance.
Chief Investment Officer
Chris Eggert
Chris Eggert has been serving as Chief Investment Officer of OLB since October 2026 and is responsible for the Corporates & Diversified Lending segment. Since June 2022, he had served as the Bank’s Chief Risk Officer. Previously, he acted as Head of Credit Risk Management at OLB since the merger with Bremer Kreditbank AG (BKB) in 2018. He had already held various management positions in the credit area at BKB since 2008.
In total, Chris Eggert has more than 25 years of banking experience both in the market and on the market success side.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Fust
Michael Fust has been a member of OLB’s Management Board as Chief Financial Officer since October 2026. He is responsible for the Finance, Controlling, and Treasury & Markets divisions. Prior to his appointment to the Management Board, he had served as General Representative in the CFO division since January 2026.
Michael Fust joined TARGO Deutschland GmbH in July 2016, where he has since headed the finance department. He continues to serve as the chairman of the Supervisory Board of TARGO Dienstleistungs GmbH.
Prior to that, he spent around 16 years with the audit and advisory firm KPMG, serving as an Authorized Signatory from 2005 onwards. In this role, he was primarily responsible for auditing the financial statements of banks and other financial services institutions.
Chief Sales Officer
Dr. Andreas Houben
Dr Andreas Houben has been a member of the OLB Executive Board since July 2026. As Chief Sales Officer, he is responsible for Retail Banking, Central and Digital Sales and Marketing, as well as Product Management and Digital Banking.
Dr Andreas Houben has been a General Representative of OLB since January 2026. Prior to that, he had been with TARGOBANK since 2011.
Overall, Dr Andreas Houben has more than 25 years of experience in the banking sector, with leadership responsibilities in various areas with strategic vision and a strong customer focus.
